FastPIPE has the largest, most complete plumbing and mechanical estimating catalog with over 150,000 items. We've included data for every major manufacturer of piping, fittings, valves, flanges, and hangers (and we continually add new data based on our customer's needs). Our plumbing and piping products include manufactures such as Tyler, Nibco, Gruvlok, Viega, Anvil International, Weldbend, Swagelok and many others. Our catalog provides up-to-date pricing and industry-standard MCAA and PHCC labor estimates for each of the items in our catalog, allowing you to build estimates fast and accurately.
FastPIPE allows you to define customized specs and takeoff screens for each individual job. You can also create your own library of specs and takeoffs, virtually eliminating the need to build them from scratch. When creating a new job, you will normally create the specs by copying from the global list. Once you have copied the global spec into your job, you can make any minor changes using the Spec Editor.
Our on-screen digitizer makes takeoff even faster with our exclusive Auto Connect feature. When you takeoff a pipe fitting, we scan the physical plan to detect if there is a line between that fitting and another (and we validate that the connection makes sense for the type and size). If it passes our test, we will automatically takeoff the appropriate length of pipe between the two fittings, saving you time!
FastPIPE includes hundreds of "built-in" HVAC and plumbing assemblies ready for use in a takeoff. We have assemblies for gas connections, boilers, chillers, coils, pumps, VRF systems, and much more. These assemblies can be copied into any job and modified as required.
